The primary responsibilities of the role are:
Developing, maintaining and` enhancing SharePoint applications built in 2007, 2010 & 2013
Analyzing the business requirement and convert them into technical/ functional requirements and
collaborate with the stakeholders.
Analyze the system specifications and translate them into task specifications for other junior
Provide technical guidance to the development team
Responsible for analyzing the current products including performance, diagnosis and
troubleshooting of problems and design solutions
Should interact closely with the support, QA and BA teams as needed to determine system issues
Should develop and maintain development documentation to ensure effective development,
handovers, knowledge transfer and business continuity
Should be good in escalating incidents to the correct resolver groups both internally and externally
Should interact closely with the development and business teams as needed to determine/ resolve
Good English language skills verbal and oral and the ability to communicate with users at all
Enjoys support roles, takes a pride in delivering good and professional support to the user base
and can work under pressure/ high workload.
At least 3 6 Years of total experience in Software Development
Minimum 4 Years of experience in SharePoint applications development & support.
Sound knowledge in SharePoint Architecture
Strong knowledge (Installation, configuration, integration and customizations) and demonstrated
industry experience of SharePoint 2007/ 2010/ 2013 products
Good experience on wide range of SharePoint capabilities and related services
Knowledge on Search, Web Apps, Web Parts, PowerPivots, Usage & Health and Excel Services.
Strong experience in designing SharePoint sites, site templates and SharePoint custom solutions
Experience in designing SharePoint sites using SharePoint Designer
Experience with IIS & Active D.
