Hunt and develop new clients for Shadowfax different line of logistics services
Liaison with key client POC's to grow and manage Shadowfaxs business with them
Owning the revenue target for assigned clients & monitoring daily performance
Tracking competitors' movement in the market as a proactive measure so as to retain the existing client base
Internally leasing with Ops and Supply teams to ensure top-notch service to Customers
Pipeline creation and management
Delivering monthly / quarterly sales targets
Qualifications/ Experience
4-8 Years of experience in e-commerce / grocery / Food / Pharmaceutical / FMCG/
category management /B2B sales role
MBA preferred
Logistics experience desirable but not mandatory
Experience of working in a quick turnaround environment
Previous P&L and Sales pipeline management experience
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Analytical approach to solve problems
