At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow, CMDB & Service-Watch Skills
At least 4 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment
Lead ServiceNow upgrades planning and execution
Participates in the configuration of new applications or suites during planning, development, and rollout phases
Perform productively at many levels, from the abstract world of enterprise architecture to the concrete day-to-day world of coding, in order to produce the final deliverable desired by the client
