2. Certified Implementation Specialist (ServiceNow)

Understand and analyze requirements and development new ServiceNow applications
Work with business users to identify and refine business requirements and workflows.
Publish Apps on ServiceNow store.
Work with ServiceNow team on App Certification Process.
Create users, setup ACL and provide access to departments and users on ServiceNow Instances.
Maintain the integrity of the ServiceNow instances across production and non-production environments.
Perform installation and testing of vendor-provided updates and new releases.
Along with development, can perform ServiceNow Admin activities based on the need.
Provide training and support to junior ServiceNow developers/trainees.
