Design, develop, generate, analyze and distribute data and reports.
Work with customer representatives on defining requirements and implementing changes.
Responsible for generation and distribution of scheduled and ad-hoc reports.
Provide analysis of reports and reporting tools.
Streamline existing reports for process and functional effectiveness.
Analyze data to ensure completeness and accuracy of reports.
Monthly upload of reports to the intranet / SharePoint sites.
Knowledge/Skills Requirements: Proficiency in MS Office - Advanced Excel & PowerPoint.
MS Excel - Macros, Scripting, Statistical, Charts.
MS Access – data organization, creation of queries & views.
MS SharePoint Designer
Sound knowledge of ISDM processes and tools
Create, maintain and periodically update data repositories.
Create presentations and design newsletters/postcards.
Knowledge of Automation Techniques.
Good written and oral communication skills
General understanding of ITIL Processes
