Train and support all technician of company and/or franchisees on job as well
as off job to make them capable to deliver exemplary standard of service
Proactively support bulk buyers for pre/post installation support
Support marketing team in installation of company's products in display
Develop and maintain rapport with Franchisee for quality after sales service
To invest all available time in training technicians of retailer / franchisee
/ free lancers to improve their ability
To approve and clear all warranty claims and expenses of regions
Submit periodical reports resolve technical problem on site.
Required skills -
Graduate / Diploma (Mechanical/Civil)
Able to travel 15 days a month with short notice in the region
Able to work with basic computer applications and CAD drawing
Skilled to communicate, negotiate, train with service oriented behaviour. Practice
team work ,a solution provider, initiate and reliable.
