Check last day shift handover.
Check server availability & running task.
SBI Blog like state bank blogs, IT officers blogs, SCE group blog. etc database management & troubleshooting
Prepare Server Monitoring check list.
Check Morning server disk space and get it resolved on priority with support of Admin team.
Resolving services desk calls.
Managing incidents via phone calls
Managing and maintains EMS WEB sites at (L1 Level)
EMS traveller configuration on Mobile, iPhones and IPad.
Configuration & troubleshooting of EMS on Mobile OS like Symbian, Android, Windows
EMS support for Mobile using POP3, IMAP, SMTP
Mail Client Support
a.Installation of Lotus Notes Client & troubleshooting.
b.Configuration of outlook express & troubleshooting.
c.Configuration of Microsoft outlook express & troubleshooting.
d.Configuration of windows mail & troubleshooting.
e.Creation /deletion of Mail Agents.
f.Web Mail related issues.
g.Creating/ Managing Rules.
h.Managing multiple mail download issues in non-notes client.
i.Managing Sametime client related issues.
j.Monitor ST Mux servers for Mumbai and Hyderabad locations.
k.Tracking Sametime user session on mux servers.
Check mails and respond for following issues.
a.Password reset and troubleshooting.
b.Group related mails.
c.Mailbox quota mails.
d.Webmail related mails with help of admin team.
e.DAOS report.
f.Lotus Notes Configuration and troubleshooting.
g.Non-notes client Configuration and troubleshooting.
h.Prepare & Send broadcast mails.
