Job Description

JD: Responsible for troubleshooting technical problems. Diagnose and resolve client PC configuration issues. Troubleshoot basic network conflicts and congestion issues. EXPERIENCE: At least 1-3 years of total experience in technical support industry including (International voice and web channels) Holds a college degree in any stream. Knowledge including installation, configuration and maintenance of Windows OS. SKILLS: Strong written and verbal communication skills Good PC skills. Demonstrates understanding of software and associated hardware Strong analytical skills Excellent time management skills Problem solving and working through ambiguous situations Attention to detail and accuracy Salary Range: Max 5 lacs (Depend on current CTC) Notice Period: (Max 60 Days) Designation: Service Desk Analyst Work Location: Bangalore
