Job Description

Answer inbound calls or communicate with customers electronically to assist them in their inquiries or questions according to prescribed protocols​

Assume ownership for the co-ordination, investigation and documentation of customer issues​

Develop and maintain expert knowledge of incident tracking system, central support knowledge base, and service desk processes and procedures​

Share information required for the success of the Service Desk team​

Maintain the highest ethical and integrity standards in all internal and external dealings and internal and external relationships

Required Candidate profile

Educational Background / Qualifications:

1.College graduate

2.License/s Required: None

Work Experience Required:

1.2-3 years relevant experience in a BPO/Shared Service environment using SAP

2.At least 2 years background in Operations Delivery Center (ODC)
