Job Description

Skill/Special Skills: 1)Six Sigma Black belt certified with good knowledge of Lean practices
2)Strong knowledge of Quality principles and techniques
3)Needs to have worked in a Third party environment & have good stakeholder management
4)Certification in ISO, PMP or other quality practices will be an added advantage
5)Strong Communication & presentation skills
6)Should have worked in F&A (P2P, R2R or O2C)
7)Should be well versed with set up of Transactional Quality & Process Excellence & managing on a regular basis

Job Description and Key accountability:
1)Drive Improvement projects on processes to improve
e.Other metrics basis the requirement/opportunity
2)Interact with client/internal stakeholders to drive & influence improvement objectives
3)Lead global projects in Operational Excellence
4)People manager for a team
5)Manage end to end Transactional Quality across F&A
6)Drives the OE program for a client/clients in a site/across sites
7)Acts as a mentor to Six Sigma & lean projects and drive it in Operations
