Job Description

Person would be managing Technology Operations for all modules of product line in collaboration with the Architecture, Engineering and Product Management Team,
Person would be responsible for managing a Team of Service Delivery Managers, Implementation engineers and Support Engineers, to manage operations and delivery and to suggest changes in operations in terms of the industry standards of the product and support services, managing high level internal and external stakeholders regarding ALT (All modules).
S/he would be responsible for managing customer, delivery and to build relationships with peer and management levels both with clients and the company management.

At least 10+ years of experience in IT industry, managing Production, implementation and support.
4+ years in a Project management role, including matrix management.
Good exposure and understanding about Databases, Operating Systems and integration with on SAAS applications.
Experience of working in applications support.
Experience in large implementations and excellent in stake holder management
Experience in managing projects and own workload.
Quality management experience.
Good understanding of complete Software Development Life Cycle with experience of handling large complex projects end to end.

Good inter-personal skills, able to deal with all levels within an organization and relieve potential conflicts.
A logical and systematic approach to problem resolution across a broad spectrum of technologies.
Ability to work accurately and clearly explain technical matters to non- technical users in both written and verbal forms.
