Relevant experience: Contact Center / Product support: 15yrs plus. Must have worked on Global delivery with solutions & pre-sales support experience of minimum 5yrs, in product support environment. Require global & transformation experience.
Should have understanding of Technical products such as telecom & services such as collections & after-sales support to end-clients.
Should be very strong people leader. Should have headed end user services L1, L2 with team sizes of more than 1000+
