As a Service Associate, you will be responsible for managing and delivering Customer Experience. This is an unique opportunity since Service Associate would be the face of Company and takes care of the customer experience during deliveries.
Responsible for managing customer satisfaction through customer coordination, delivery supervision and installation.
Handling all customer queries regarding delivery timing & location, product information, returns and exchanges.
Be able to identify opportunities and recommend/influence for cross selling and upselling
Typically drive the whole experience by hand-holding the customers, help them by providing right info and deliver delight during the order deliveries
Coordinate with Logistics and Customer support teams to provide timely feedback
