The roles & responsibilities broadly include:
Strategic and business planning, conceptualizing the big picture of the business unit.
Identifying and formulating strategies for development of new business.
Prepare and manage Annual Training Calendar and budgets.
Evolve new programs, leveraging the strengths of Sathguru & the partner Universities.
Conduct effective research and interaction with Management, Industry Leaders & Faculty to identify new opportunities for customized programs.
Coordinate with Partner Universities/Institutions with respect to program deliverables.
Map client's executive education requirements and provide a customized suitable solution in sync with their L&D objectives.
Lead and guide the team:
- With latest marketing techniques
- In developing marketing collaterals for effective branding & promotion of the programs
- In developing and effective usage of relevant database
Responsible for the profitability of the Business Unit.
