Job Description

Qualification
1. Candidate must be comfortable in English
2. Candidate must be experienced in Tech Support calling
3. Candidate must know how to take remote access and troubleshoot technical related problems

Roles and Responsibilities
1. Candidate must know how to take remote access and in troubleshooting technical issues related to- Computer, Printer, Broadband, router, Email issues, Mac, iPhone, iPad.
2. Closing Tech Support pop-up calls or PPC calls of both MAC and Windows
3. Diagnosing the issue and recommending the best plan to the customer.
4. Convincing the customer and Selling technical support plan along with relevant software.
Benefits:
1. Salary on 1st of every month.
2. Fixed salary ( Salary is not based on targets)
