Supervising the daily activities of the recruitment team such as number of calls made, candidates lined up, reconfirming candidates from the previous days lineup etc. 2. Assigning targets to team members and working with them to ensure that the targets are achieved. This will require the incumbent to not only review the team members work but also support them by showing them how to source and lineup candidates. 3. Assisting with sourcing from social media channels 4. Liaising with the client and managing walkins to ensure that all candidates are interviewed and have a good experience. 5. Gathering market intelligence and conducting research to understand where candidates are available and how to target them. 6. Motivating the team and boosting morale.
