• Urgent HIRING for Candidates passionate to work and grow themselves in recruitment field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English.
• Good understanding of Internet & MS office is must.
• Ability in understanding technical Job Description & evaluate important keywords to perform the searches.
• Prior work experience into IT recruitment a MUST
• Sourcing of candidates using job portals in accordance of the Job description.
• Thorough Assessment of candidates skill and professional details over telephonic conversation. Interview scheduling & reference check.
• Maintain Strict Turn Around Time and adhere to specific requirements
• Understand the job responsibility and formulate work plan
• Experience in sourcing through social media platforms like LinkedIn / Facebook / Twitter and other available online forums
• Maintain a keen eye on latest recruitment processes and techniques for efficient recruitment process
• Float Job Description on the leading portals and formulate candidate hiring strategies
• Conduct market due diligence on availability of talent pool in specific markets/Regions
• Conduct research and analysis as well as produce reports as required
• For a LEAD Recruiter profile, experience into leading a team is a MUST.
