Job Description

  • Lead and manage the sales team and sales operations for the company
  • Cultivate a highly successful and engaged sales team through hands-on coaching and development of sellers
  • Consistently attain short and long-term goals that drive our business
  • Qualify opportunities, create target lists for vertical and horizontal markets
  • Closely manage lead flow, pipeline progression, and accurately forecast the business
  • Continually improve sales productivity in a highly  transactional environment
  • Facilitate focused and productive communication and collaboration among your reps and between your reps/cross-functional partners
  • Be a thought partner to the management team in regards to sales process and strategy
  • Collaborate closely with post-sales ad marketing teams to maximize the revenue from each partnership
  • Develop and maintain superior relationships with existing and future clients.
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience is a must.

  • Bachelors Degree required
  • A track record of steadily growing responsibility in enterprise sales (preferably with businesses with large no. of employees) and customer growth
  • A track record and deep understanding of best practices around sales productivity
  • Proven history of developing top reps and coaching reps to better performance
  • Strong use of insights and data-driven decision making to inform the sales process
  • Ability to adapt to changes
  • Highly creative; passion to close deals in an unproven market
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, and organizational skills.
