Job Description

KEY ACTIVITIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES Sell aesthetic products to meet monthly budgets and plans Customize marketing plans to achieve OP sales quota in assigned territory/Accounts Develop new/existing accounts to get maximum business, do stock and sales management and tracking, manage primary/secondary sales. SSE/SCRM will be responsible for performing effective territory coverage and account identification to drive sales and increase customer base for Companys product line. Build relationship to ensure that customers needs are taken care of and B&L aesthetic products usage is increased Participate in all major aesthetic meets and workshops, conduct conferences and workshops with doctors, and give demos and presentations on the products Monitor opportunities of business generation and competitors activities; provide timely reports SUPERVISE DIRECT REPORTS No SCOPE OF POSITION Sales volume responsibility 1.5 -2 crores per annum
