Job Description

• Helping to develop and implement strategic and tactical sales /promotion plans for assigned territory consistent with the company’s sales and profit goals
• Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximize client potential in designated regions
• Develop long term relationships with the customers, through managing and interpreting
• Ensure that a product or service best satisfies the needs of customer in terms of quality, price and delivery
• Ensure that we, as a sales team, provide exceptional customer service
• Arrange and carry out product training
• Liaise with other team members and other technical experts
• Ensure the team acts in accordance with the company policies, procedures and term of sales
• Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both customer and company needs
• Analyze costs and sales
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education
• Prepare technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, new trends, opportunities and marketing data
• Provides technical service when appropriate to solve customer problems and assure customer satisfaction
• Establishing professional customer/vendor relationships with appropriate customer personnel (purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, management and other key personnel)
• Use short term and long term sales strategies to attain required sales growth and goals as required by management
• Meet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects
• Work on after-sales technical assistance and provide technical back up as required
• Provide annual territory business plan
• Maintain and increase technical knowledge and competence in company’s products, applications and services
• Applying creativity, innovation and value added sales approach
Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
