Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities : Business Development: - Assist Partners in Business Development efforts by cold calling, research, making presentations, etc - Tracks and record industry developments relevant to the firm's growth strategy Execution : - Understand the client requirement and translate that into keywords important to conduct a thorough internal and public databases search - Use headhunting, job boards and references as methods to conduct a detailed research - Does the first level of screening before recommending the profile to senior colleagues for further screening - Should have the ability to execute and close small assignments - Adhere to internal systems, MIS and processes Desired Candidate Profile: Candidate Profile : - The right candidate should have a background in consulting or executive search - We are looking at people with a flair for research and relationship management - Should be articulate, analytical and process-oriented - Should be a graduate from a leading educational institution and preferably an MBA - Should have shown academic brilliance and should have excelled in extra-curricular field - Should have strong oral and written communication skills - Should have a problem-solving attitude Being a small firm we do expect the candidate to demonstrate dexterity in picking up cross-functional responsibilities.
