ETL ( Extract Transform Load) Secondary Skill: Perl, PowerShell, Python, SQL, and/or C# .NET is a plus Technical Environment: MIcrosoft Quality assurance process management for Technology supporting service Create and maintain QA processes and best practice within the framework of established QA procedures. Develop and monitor reports of QA activity and progress. Prioritize and monitor the QA support queue, and respond to Product Owner inquiries on a timely basis and update accordingly Proactively identify, research, and resolve discrepancies Effectively communicate with internal parties to request information and resolve any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner Collaborate with business analysts on requirement details and acceptance criteria. Manage the automation/regression/smoketest process. Develop an integration testing process with the broader team. Service delivery quality assurance for Data Review Develop, implement, and enhance service delivery models Train team to support service delivery Monitor service level agreement compliance QA team management Collaborate with Service Line Leader to discuss product and service status and process enhancements Oversee the User Acceptance Testing of system enhancements Share best practices with team members and counterparts Assist in the training and development of QA resources Conduct daily status meetings with QA team.
