You will lead key initiatives in Global Procurement focused on supply chain optimization.
Working closely with the Category Team and key stakeholders you will:
Optimization the current supply base including the cost base.
Become an important part of the Category Team, working across different business units and regions. You will develop parts of, providing input to and drive implementation of the category strategies.
Analyze cost structures, spend and demand patterns and macroeconomic effects and impacts on behalf of the entire team.
Drive continuous improvement programs both internally and at the suppliers with the special focus on cost saving initiatives, supplier optimization and component standardization.
Ensure adherence to KPIs set by Global Procurement in regards to safety, quality, cost, delivery, innovation and sustainability.
Participate in selection, qualification, negotiation and contracting with suppliers within the category.
Lead Value-chain improvements and analysis.
Drive Best in Class initiatives and performance; thereby ensure we take the supply chain to the next level.
