Job Description


The Project Coordinator (coordinator) serves as the interface for Creative Business Services (CBS) with its customers.
The coordinator is responsible for evaluating project needs, estimating costs and schedules, communicating standards, and managing expectations.
All the work requests taken up by the CSG TP team and its deliverables are overseen and coordinated by the coordinator.
The Service Delivery tool (SD tool) is used by the coordinator to monitor and coordinate all CSG TP projects.
The coordinator works closely with the CSG TP staff, assigning workload, delegating projects and reviewing work products.


Purpose of the Job:-

Oversees the efficient flow of work from account services to creative and production departments, creating project schedules, maintaining job files, tracking and monitoring progress, routing projects and conducting traffic meetings.
Interacts effectively and positively in a fast-paced environment with a diverse staff, customers, colleagues and vendors, demonstrating tact and diplomacy.
Communicates with clients to capture first level requirements for the projects, creates Work Request (WR) tickets in SD Tool and responsible for creating initial estimates.
Evaluates the capacity of the department and responds accordingly.
Effectively handles routine issues, including follow-up, reacting appropriately to unexpected situations, and communicating situations to CBS/SSC management as needed.
Maintains the appropriate level of work within the department to meet utilization targets, and alerts the team lead to any workload issues.
Processes incoming work request from any source.
Develops and maintains expertise in use of the SD tool.
Provides excellent phone and customer service skills.
Understands, implements, and strictly adheres to the quality standards and procedures established by
Trains new employees on CSG TP Operating Standards and the SD tool.
Responsible for obtaining client feedbacks.
Responsible for audit/follow-up and closure of WR tickets in SD tool.
Pursues and shares best practices within department and among CSG staff.
Performs / Verifies CSG standard electronic file management and archiving.
