· Designing document, reporting tools and templates for client business needs.
· Web analytics implementation, tool configuration, code integration and reporting using web analytics tools.
· Map client business requirements to Key performance indicators (KPI.)
· Identify and develop new KPIs as and when required &provide insights on them.
· Provide quantitative/ qualitative recommendations through reports, dashboards, and presentations.
· Create and execute multivariate tests and their analysis.
Desired Skill and Experience:
· Proficiency in Adobe Site Catalyst, Coremetrics or Web trends.
· 7+ years of experience in web analytics tools with focus on site analytics.
· Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of VBA is preferred but not mandatory.
· Exposure to Adobe T&T is an added advantage.
