Good command over MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint.
The desired Candidate would be required to perform the following broad activities;
Assistant Manager (Operations):
Participate in conceptualizing, designing and formulating business requirements for development of Indirect Tax online application.
Should have experience in documenting Business Requirement Document, Functional Requirement Documents, Standard Operating Procedures, User Manuals, Training Manual etc.
Participating in User Acceptance Testing of the Application & Writing Test Cases & Scenarios
Communicate & support the business operations team on the feedback received from the stakeholders.
Stakeholder Coordination & Integration.
