Role Purpose -
Overall Process owner for end to end Behavioural training and induction across Bangalore for specific service lines
Impact on Business:
Drive L&D Strategy: Create the L&D plan for the specified business in alignment with the organisation's L&D strategy with implementation plans, training calendars, and measures for training effectiveness.
Target as per T&D dashboard benchmarks:
a. Average Training man days
b. Penetration percentage
c. Training effectiveness scores
d. Cost per employee
e. Unique Learners percentage
Effective partnering with business to build capability to deliver both short long term
Effectively deploying a judicious blend of learning modes to address capability gaps
Training and Assessments
- Identify functional & behavioural development needs of the business
L&D Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management : Network with Business Heads & HRBP to:
- Drive Organization Objectives and Process adherence in partnership with Business.
- Understand the Requirement Forecast training Demand.
