Job Description

To assist in developing interventions, functional behaviour assessments and behaviour plans for the purpose of providing an effective learning intervention for desired behaviours
• To interact and collate information from SME {Subject Matter Experts} and seek relevant approvals from various departments for accuracy & representation of content.
• To incorporate Instructional Design Principles and ensure “ADDIES” is followed to meet business objectives. To ensure Affective Domain Objectives are considered while creating learning assets
• To conduct TNA {Training Need Analysis} and incorporate findings to produce an affective content where required.
• To maintain learner profile data and measure learning effectiveness
