Key Skills :
10 - 12 years exclusive experience in Talent Acquisition with key focus on bulk/volume hiring across domains in non-voice & voice processes, specifically in ITES / BPO industry.
Candidate with post graduation qualification in HR will be an added plus.
Should have extensive experience in generating quality hiring volumes through strategic use of recruitment channels including vendor channels, campus bulk recruitment programs, social media hiring, referral program management etc. with large ITES/BPO organizations in Pune.
Should be able to set-up, manage and guide recruitment teams in volume/project/bulk hiring at multiple sites within Pune.
Strong demonstrated experience in delivering on shorter hiring TATs and team management skills preferred.
