Create a data model/database for TPRM to enable data input and data output requirements to be met, which reflect the agreed data taxonomy
To evaluate the requirements of the new Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework and to establish the data model required to support this.
Liaise with TPRM Tooling project manager and other relevant Supply Chain Management (SCM) Managers and Heads to ensure the risks associated with the data model delivery are effectively managed.
Develop a detailed project plan to deliver the required data model and monitor and track progress.
Manage milestones and their interdependencies, including optimizing use of project resources, managing the delivery of business requirements, test execution, implementation, and handover to business.
Ensure delivery on-time, within scope and within budget.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Identifies risks and issues.
Mitigate risks with stakeholders and escalate risks and issues to the appropriate responsible party.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation in line with project management standards and guidance.
Adhere to project management principles and techniques, including Project Management Standards/Quality Management Framework (QMF).
Develop and execute an efficient internal communication strategy to report progress to Tooling project manager and other stakeholders.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Deliver on time, in budget, whilst adhering to quality standards.
Display exemplary conduct and live by the Groups Values and Code of Conduct.
Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. Lead the Global TPRM Team to achieve the outcomes set out in the Banks Group Third Party Risk Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
