Supporting Sales, Presales for the domain, Coordinating and analyzing the bid management process, RFP.S / RFIS as per the desired / targeted project/opportunities and strategy.
Understanding of system capabilities and application platforms. Knowledge of benefits business, including products and services, operations, and delivery.
Capable of initiating new solutions and finalizing it in coordination with the Clients and internal stakeholders.
Experience of managing large customers / complex solutions.
Preferred to have experience HR Domain and understand concepts of Payroll, Compliances, Shared Services, Core HR subjects etc.
Preferred to have experience in HR Related process improvements, transformational projects
Preferred to have experience in HR Tools/technologies
Should be able to interpret requirement from customer to design relevant solutions.
Should be able to work on MS Visio.
Should be able to work on High level PowerPoint Presentations to be presented at CXO level.
Good expertise on Excel Advanced formulas etc.
Exposure on data crunching, dashboard reporting, analytics and automation of manual reports.
