Reporting To: Head of Sales & Marketing You will be instrumental in assisting in the design of the sales playbook, training the team on sales processes and procedures, as well as selling the company vision and product. You will also help define the market positioning and strategies. Responsibilities: - Develop market penetration strategy in markets, consistent with company's expansion strategy. - Build data-based decision-making matrix - Continuously track competition and evolve competitive sales strategy - Promote and enhance the brand and brand image - Guide market decisions by providing opportunity insights to the sales team - Develop, articulate, and defend sales strategy recommendations on a routine basis - Use data analytics to verify or dispel anecdotal insights collected by field sales - Translate data into meaningful business recommendations and actions Desired Candidate Profile: Candidate Background: - A graduate/post graduate of IIT/IIM - Preferably from FMCG and Telecom background - Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision - High quantitative reasoning/application skills and ability to critically think through complexity as it arises - Aptitude to quickly understand causal relationships/cause and effect mapping - Strong attention to detail; ability to prioritize requests and deliver upon stakeholder expectations - Excellent written and oral communication with a dedicated customer orientation - Advanced Excel skills - Self - disciplined, with excellent time management skills, and flexible in order to achieve results. - Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to deal with people from diverse backgrounds.
