Candidate profile Management graduate with 4-8 years of experience in selling / account management Sales professionals from financial sector like Banks/Insurance/NBFC etc. Experience in B2B and B2C sales (multiple positions, few for B2B and few for B2C sales) Very good communication skills Good analytical skills to analyze business metrics & conduct periodic reviews Key Responsibility: Driving Corporate & Retail Sales through network of branches in Delhi NCR and growing the business Responsible for Business Development - B2B, Individual and Channel business Undertaking BTL activities to increase traction/Walk-in at branches in Delhi NCR Smart and Extrovert. Good Communication skills. Confident in giving presentations and conducting meetings Initiating and managing sales: Plan, initiate and drive sale promotion activities to create enough sale funnel for branches To ensure compliance with regard to RBI rules & regulations, AML guidelines, and follow laid down circulars/process by the Company and other statutory bodies Skills in Client/customer engagement, interactions and problem resolutions People management skills with a good element of drive in boosting the Corporate & Retail business for Delhi NCR Manage leads and research into account, preparation of presentation materials; ensuring pricing is consistent with pricing strategy and the effective implementation of the account.
