Responsible for meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning.
Devise strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets.
Support the Sales Team in sales related activities including presentations, proposals, responding to queries and market intelligence
Support the Consulting Team in delivering projects in the areas of consulting including Competency
Assessment, Talent Management & Succession Planning, Assessment Centre, etc.
Provide project related support including analysis, documentation, coordination and billing
Experience in Assessment related industry and HR Consultancy would be added advantage
Experience in B2B preferably in NCR Region
Proven experience in engaging and presenting to Senior Management or Corporate Leaders
Good spoken and written English
Strong analytical skills.
