Strong exposure to OD, top team effectiveness, coaching, leadership transformation
- Integrate with corporate L&D function, experience in Human Capital consulting will be good
- Implement leadership programs
- Conduct and facilitate leadership trainings
- Vendor management for programs
- Learning effectiveness
- Integrate processes and lead new initiatives in strategic workforce planning, forecasting, performance management and succession planning.
- Person should have had 9-16 years experience in HR including at least 6-8 years in L&D / OD specialist function.
- Must have a natural bent of mind to develop capability, systemic thinking, succession planning and executive coaching.
