Sales Management & Premium Expansion :
- Ensure sellout from the stores is in line with the expectations.
- Ensure adequate stock levels in store across the IM product range including accessories.
- Establish cross linkages with regional sales teams & distributors for efficient store operations.
- Identify possible expansion opportunities & co-ordinate with the relevant stakeholders for finalizing the same
Experience Management :
- Ensure adherence to retail guidelines
- Monitor, maintain & drive optimal utilization of SIEL investments in manpower, fixture & experience elements in store
Knowledge & experience :
- Relevant work experience
- Prior experience of managing retail expansion/ business development independently
- Must have managed retail stores Pan India/Region for a retail focused brand
- Comfortable handling figures and data analysis and interpretation
- Proficient in MS Office, esp. MS Excel, MS Word & MS PowerPoint
- High on self Motivation, positive attitude and work ethic
- Ability to work under pressure
