-To support the organization to achieve Quality & Productivity deliverables and enhanced customer satisfaction.
- Works closely with the Head of GSSC to drive the efficiency of the team.
- Driving Process Excellence through Lean Six Sigma & Kaizen projects.
- Training & Monitoring Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt of the organization.
- Focusing on productivity improvement, Quality check and Quality improvement, and enhanced customer satisfaction which improve the overall business outcomes.
