Job Description

To ensure seamless Knowledge Transfer for all assigned processes from client location to Genpact Locations in BAU/Transition phase
To independently handle all the training deliverables of the teams
To work with clients and L&D team in developing the L&D strategy for Knowledge transfer to create Learning Path for employees with internal/external stake holders
Ensure Readiness of New hires to take up Process Deliverables post New Hire Trainings
Ensuring SOP completion during transition phase and regular updation of SOPs during BAU stage
Establish and maintain the knowledge management framework in a BAU/Transition Stage by regular updation of Process Documents
To independently handle all the training deliverables of the teams under BAU/Transition
Creating, tracking and maintaining records on the Learning Paths for new hires
Monitor resource performance and collaborating with Operations and Functional leaders, Subject Matter Experts and organize any training needed as per requirement
Preparing and publishing dashboard with internal and external stakeholders
Conducting meetings/trainings etc . as needed
Closely monitor the new hires and help in filling the knowledge gaps
Implement PKTs, Learning Paths, LTOs via I Learn
To ensure CLS adherence, PKT, No Audit Defects on LPs, LTOs, NHO etc
Doing a regular TNI and working on the developments identified accordingly
