The Senior Manager - Enterprise Order Assurance will be responsible for the process and functioning of the Enterprise Order Assurance teams . Key Responsibility Areas will include Service Levels, Clean Order Submission, Quality and Value delivered amongst other people parameters. This is a 2nd Level Manager and will be responsible to mentor and coach Team Managers in their role in managing Sales Support Specialists.
Management of the Enterprise Order Assurance capability
Responsible for delivery of all KPIs and Metrics for Enterprise Order Assurance
Coaching, Counselling and Mentoring
Clean Order Submission
Value and Transformation
Improvement of Engagement and Manager Index
Hands on Experience in Order Management / Order Assurance.
Hands on experience in People Management.
Preferred to have Telecom Background.
Project Management / Vendor Management / WFM is required.
