The position holder will be responsible for the National Communications for all product categories. The position is of a Departmental Head responsible for the overall Marketing Communication function of our clients. The incumbent will report to the CEO (with a dotted line reporting to Asia Regional Office) and will have 3 direct reportees. The incumbent will drive the entire marcom function through these resources and also handle the B2C component of the marcom function personally. KRAs 1. Formulate & execute overall marketing strategy for the company to achieve desired market share and growth. 2.Plan and manage quarterly budgets in line with the business directions 3. Work with Regional Office marcom team for key marketing campaigns on a quarterly basis 4.Ensure optimal and effective participation in industry relevant events and exhibitions throughout the year 5.Plan and execute activations and road shows with the product team across the country 6.Responsible for POS conceptualization, designing, and execution as per agreed timelines 7.Identifying key influencers in each focus product segment and draw a detailed marketing strategy to engage them as per company directive 8. Plan, develop and execute ATL/BTL campaigns with media planning in line with brand/business requirements. 9. Partner, oversee and coordinate with various impaneled agencies like creative, public relations, and market research & media houses for all brand campaigns. 10.Liaise with the PR agency to implement PR activities and devise new strategies to ensure a consistent flow of communication with the target consumers, market, channel, agencies etc about the latest updates, information and lineups 11. Conduct media and market research to analyze the latest market trends and to track the competitor's activities thereby providing valuable inputs to streamline the marketing and brand visibility strategies. 12. Manage channel relationships with our client's certification programs, product & solution contents to articulate the benefits of our products to the target channels and customers 13.Negotiate the terms and pricing with the vendors and ensure efficient management of the empaneled parties/vendors 14. Manage in-house customer database generated thru various touch points (our clients end customers, service team data, trade show data, website & campaign database); channel database for Regional Distributors, Corporate partners, System Integrators, Retail Partners and managing effective communication with them generated thru various touch points.) Candidate Profile: MBAs (only Fulltime 2-years) with 7-14 years relevant experience in office-automation / durables organizations. Must be currently from NCR area.
