Responsible for distilling actionable insights using Primary & Secondary research
Work closely with external research compan ies to generate clear and actionable insights for addr essing challenges faced by various business units. Significant invo lvement expected in guiding these business partners to ensure high quality outp ut
Proactively monitor Business (Economic / Competitor) landscape so as to formulate strategies that successfully leverage market opportunities
Identify & propose researches to Sales and Marketing teams in areas of Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning
Should have ability to manage research for Marketing, Communication and Pricing
Collaborate extensively with New Product Development teams at various stage gates from ideation to final product rollout and commercialization.
Manage customer Satisfaction studies for various customer and business groups.
Compile and update Brand Mirrors
Competing projects within budgeted costs and timelines

Technical/ Functional com petencies:
Proficiency in Consumer Insights (Primary & Secondary Research), Competitive Intelligen ce. Should possess good knowledge of basic Statistics, Marketing and Market Research. Must be excellent in MS Excel and Power-point
