Job Description

- Delivering on financials for the team by managing utilization, team build-up, and team budget

- Strategically incorporating social listening to increase the breadth across various practices such as consulting, commercial services, real world evidence, and consumer health

- Building processes and governance rigor in pharmacovigilance operations to ensure quality and scalability

- Leveraging business experience and acumen to guide the team to identify strategic alternatives and project approach to clients- business questions

- Guiding the team in developing pre-sales collateral to help business units in business development and generating revenues for Nexxus Social practice

- Providing strategic inputs for technology enhancements for end-clients to help them derive greater value, as well as for internal teams to enhance efficiency and productivity

- Building a high performance team through strong recruitment and training plan, and a culture of excellence in client-centricity and critical thinking demonstrated through high client satisfaction scores

- Guiding the team to innovate and leverage synergy with other centers of excellence, and create new combined offerings with compelling differentiators vs. competition

- Serving as the day-to-day manager for the direct reportees who lead engagements as well as teams in social listening and pharmacovigilance


Candidates interested in joining the Global Delivery Center should have:

- Strong experience in marketing and/or sales analytics in the pharma industry (experience in social media and pharmacovigilance areas is an added advantage)

- Strong grasp of social media concepts and how it can be leveraged in the healthcare industry for pharma, payers, providers, and patients

- Experience in setting up and managing analytics centers of excellence or practice areas/offerings

- Experience in project management, client management, and business development

- Proven ability to manage teams and deliver on KPIs and metrics, especially related to quality

- Strong ability to grasp the bigger picture, identify client's pain points, create frameworks and solutions, and present actionable insights and recommendations for clients

- Strong analytical ability to interpret, and analyze data, generate qualitative and quantitative assessments, and storyboard

- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills including corporate presentations, meeting and workshop facilitation, business and report writing
