Job Description

Responsible for International Marketing of Ferrochrome, Ferro Alloys, & Noble Ferro Alloys. Market, Co-ordination with HO & with various Business associates located at USA, Singapore, Taiwan, China, Korea, South Africa & also with some foreign principles and domestic customers for their routine requirements, along with Liaisoning with Sales Tax dept, Central Excise, Customs, Port Authorities, and other Govt. agencies for related work.

Market analysis & formulating business strategy, forecasting Sales.

Retaining existing customer base by maintaining satisfactory business relation and adding new avenues.

Monitoring Export related activities like Contracting, logistics, shipping, documentation etc.

Market Analysis by attending Ferro Alloys Conference/ browsing web-site related to Ferro Alloys, Steel & Forging and interacting with Traders, Ferro Alloys & Steel Producers both Overseas & indigenous.

Finalization of orders, coordination with Plant, Dispatches, coordination with Bank for L/C matters and routine banking work pertaining to Marketing, Transportation, participation in Trade Seminars, Liaisoning with Sales tax & dept for routine matters etc.
Computer Skilled

Computer usage for Performance monitoring: Developed periodical performance monitoring system through SAP/ERP/ Oracle with extensive use of computers at all levels.

Quality Management Systems

Implementation of ISO-10006, ISO- 50001, ISO- 9000, ISO- 9001, ISO- 2008, EMS 14001, OHAS -18001 systems. TPM, WCM, Six sigma,
Skills:International marketing, Market analysis, business strategy.
