As a Senior Manager - Inside Sales you would be the focal point in defining the Organisation's sales cycle. You will be an early stage contributor in building confidence for sales representatives and partners in order to maximize growth and increase market share. Key Performance Area : - Market Research : Understanding different markets is the key. The position is responsible for undertaking research to gather information on market dynamics across APAC & MEA, creating target account list and keeping the team updated with all developments in the regions. - Contact Mining : Scanning through various platforms and portals to mine for relevant contacts and leads within the target accounts and create a database that would serve as the backbone for Business Development. The mined contacts should be live and relevant to the top leadership of the target accounts - Qualification metrics and process : Creating a process through which the life cycle of a lead can be clearly tracked from lead generation to closure. Defining and ensuring that a certain metrics is strictly followed in order to implement efficiency and conversion. The qualification process should be constantly driving effective lead generation and shorter sales cycles - Lead Generation : Reaching out to the contacts in the database to explain the technology and present product features, benefits and differentiation in detail. This should be via outbound calling, email communications, and other direct marketing methods. Identify decision makers which include CEO, CIO, CTO, COO, CMO and their vertical leads to present organisations technology value proposition. - Lead Qualification : Following up with the leads (Suspects & Prospects) and taking them through the qualification process. Involving various teams over the discussions whenever needed and as defined in the qualification process. The qualification process should result in a healthy funnel wherein there are plenty of matured leads / opportunities that can be forecasted for closure - Sales Conversion Support : Enable and ensure complete support from Sales in pushing all forecasted opportunities into conversion. Coordinate with Sales team to ensure all meetings pertaining to product demos, business model discussions, launch discussions and commercial negotiations are conducted smoothly - Relationship Management : Building and Managing relationships with all relevant leads, prospects and clients to mine for new opportunities and enable consistent revenue collection. Desired Candidate Profile: Required Experience : - 6 - 8 yrs of relevant experience in Inside Sales, preferably with Banking and Retail clients - Should have prior experience working across APAC & MEA regions. - Ability to create new processes and build a vertical from scratch - Design and lead campaigns to boost inbound lead generation - Be part of after sales services, coordinating with delivery team in order to provide customers with quality and on-time delivery. - Expertise in Secondary Research & Analysis - Expertise in contact mining and lead generation - Proficiency in Sales and Operational tools like Microsoft office and other third party applications.
