Job Description

- To collaborate on short-term and long-term hiring plans, develop and execute on cost effective best practices, processes. Capture the best talent from the market as per company's business requirements

- Manage entire Talent Acquisition cycle right from understanding the manpower requirement, sourcing candidates, interviewing candidates, negotiating offers and closing the position.

- Work closely with Business Managers to ensure an in-depth understanding of the Hiring Mandate and create impactful job descriptions.

- Depending on the desired candidate profile, effectively source candidates from varied sources, such as job portals, walk-ins, head hunting, internal referrals, social media etc.

- Achieving the monthly/ quarterly and annual hiring targets to achieve the manpower projections.

- Adhering to internal HR processes such as ensuring proper documentation of candidates' papers, monthly hiring MIS generation, preparing offer letters, appointment letters within the specified TAT.

- Partnering closely with the Business Managers to ensure their hiring needs are met effectively and efficiently.

- Recruiting programs need to be designed to make changes at a strategic level which may include the enhancement of candidate communications, the development of talent pipe-lining, succession planning, the optimization of recruitment channels, re-evaluation of interviewing processes, and the deployment of new recruitment technology.
