Purpose of the Job: - Partner with senior management of corporate functions to effectively support all stages of an employee's life cycle, Responsibilities include driving talent acquisition across departments, providing a positive onboarding experience to new hires, successfully executing HR programs and recommending solutions to complex employee relations and issues. Duties and Responsibilities: - Support the employee life cycle across business units - Partner with departments and other HR functions to drive all HR programs including new joiner onboarding, performance management, compensation, employee development, succession planning, workforce optimization, staffing and benefits. - Identify and analyze attrition trends across business units - design and implement customized solutions to address and curb attrition. Talent acquisition: - Execute talent acquisition mandates through multiple sources to cater to organizational talent needs. - Develop cost effective sources of hiring. - Ensure that all vacancies are closed successfully in order to facilitate smooth functioning of departments. Team Management: - Foster an environment of continuous process improvement for optimal business delivery across talent acquisition and business HR teams. - Enable team to be accountable for the fulfillment of talent acquisition requirements and support the employee life cycle across business units. - Build the capabilities of team members to function independently and grow in the system. Culture & Corporate Governance: - Plan interventions towards building a hygienic environment for employees. - Align business units with the values of co. and the organization's code of conduct. - Ensure that processes are executed seamlessly across business units and violations are dealt with in line with guidelines set out in the malpractice matrix. - Facilitate the investigation of complaints from employees.
