To work with other team members for all Company related activities.
Liaison with other Manufacturing units
responsible for the Recruitment, T&D, PMS, & MIS
Employee engagement, Mentoring, Coaching
Competency mapping, Assessment & Development, job evaluation
Capability enhancement, leadership development, talent management
Regular Post Graduation in Human Resource Management or equivalent
12+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment as a HRD professional
Preferring profiles only from Any Manufacturing / Process Industry, with multiple operation.
