Job Description

Partner with the aligned vertical, business unit or OpCo as per the needs; manage BE specific strategic programs and achieve set objectives.
Establish operational excellence roadmap along with functional leaders.
Initiate Green Belt/Black Belt projects.
Participate in accuracy improvements, productivity improvements , customer satisfaction projects.
Value creation to the business through driving BE Initiatives.
Driving cost optimization in alignment with business strategy.
Drive improvements in order to reach or exceed the agreed SLAs and KPIs with customers of the shared services center.
Execute cross functional projects to enhance value creation through positive impact in the areas of efficiency and effectiveness
Achieve value addition. Efficiency, effectiveness targets as decided in CI / Strategic projects
Mentor YB,GB, BB projects.
Look after end to end governance of improvement projects from identification to certification and recognition.
Ensure project toll gate reviews and business partner reviews.
Should have Overall 10+ Years of career Experience.
Should be a Senior Manager/ Group Manager on papers for the past 4+ Years.
Should be a certified Black Belt professional, having done multiple Green Belt projects.
Should have strong People management skills
Should be comfortable to work in UK Night Shifts.
