Job Description

Job Profile: Will be key member of the Credit & Risk Team and report to the Head-Credit & Risk. Responsible for driving changes and monitor implementation of the same KRAs a) identify and pursue opportunities that enhance the Risk/Credit return upon impaired assets by improving the decision tools, treatments and strategies used within the processes. b) generation of key management information to support business direction. c) Responsible for the development, monitoring and implementation of Credit+Risk strategies, driving incremental & step change improvements d) Build and develop fully value segmented strategies and processes e) Audit, review & document Credit & Risk Policies, strategies & practices f) Deliver detailed financial trend analysis, and produce robust projections g) Develop and implement policy to maximize returns and manage financial difficulty h) Liaise closely with key stakeholders i) Manage production of insightful and timely MI to inform Senior Management i) Lead, motivate and develop a small team of analysts Desired Candidate Profile: Candidate Profile: CAs / MBAs with 7-15 years experience in Credit Card / Business Loan (preferably with underwriting background) of which minimum 4 years in portfolio Risk Management. Must have worked with leading NBFCs or Banks. Have a good understanding of Portfolio Analytics & Risk Levers. Drive Policy Changes & Monitor its implementation. Should have led projects on Scorecard / Risk Model development with Analytics team. Good Communication & Presentation Skills.
