Previous experience in organization design, organization transformation, HR strategy, work-force optimization / organizational de-layering, governance design, HR shared services design, capability development strategy, M&A work in HR / work-force topics
Proven ability to manage projects and / or large project modules including successful deployment and delivery of personal expertise and that of other project team members to ensure excellent, on-time delivery to client specifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including strong ability to build successful business relationships with clients and colleagues that enhance operations and profitable revenues
Analytical capabilities able to create and work with excel models
Solid organizational and IT skills, particularly MS Office suite.
